At Puremon, ESG is embedded into both underwriting and delivery. We integrate environmental, social and governance considerations into design decisions, responsible procurement, construction practices and operational readiness—aiming to improve energy performance, reduce embodied carbon and strengthen execution governance.
ESG & Responsible Investment
Sustainability Objectives
We set a clear, specific and measurable sustainability objective at the project level—i.e., an explicit intention to pursue positive environmental and/or social outcomes. In communicating objectives and evidence, we reference the FCA SDR taxonomy (including Sustainability Focus / Improvers / Impact / Mixed Goals) as a classification lens, while mapping outcomes to the UN SDGs (UK context) to provide an internationally recognised impact structure.
Climate Basis & Certified Building Performance
Our climate assumptions are informed by widely cited references (e.g., IPCC insights and UNFCCC-aligned transition narratives). On delivery, we focus on measurable outcomes and third-party verification—targeting BREEAM “Excellent” where appropriate, alongside strong energy performance (e.g., EPC outcomes and commissioning evidence).
Reporting, Controls & Stewardship
We apply institutional-style governance and reporting discipline, even when executed through single-asset SPVs. Our approach is informed by widely adopted responsible-investment concepts (often associated with the PRI) and structured with reference to ISSB/IFRS Sustainability and SASB-style metrics—so lenders and institutional investors can review decisions and evidence consistently.
