Puremon Capital pursues control-oriented acquisitions of profitable private companies in China, with an initial focus on the Yangtze River Delta. The current strategy follows a traditional search fund model, targeting businesses with durable cash flow, recurring revenue and clear opportunities for operational improvement. Current areas of focus include power trading, energy software, virtual power plants (VPP) and related C&I energy services.

Real Estate

Puremon Development Partners originates, underwrites and delivers selected UK real estate investment and development opportunities, with a focus on living-led and planning-led assets. We combine disciplined underwriting, transparent governance and active execution from pre-development through exit.
